It took me a while to go through all the pictures and take in everything, but in the end I'd say I liked most of it. Well I like the bedroom the best. All of the colors and pieces look really great with that wall color and the ceiling treatment is so cool. And the art I really liked. I had a hard time with the peach colored walls and the kitchen, but what I really love about this apartment is how it really shows personality.

Hmm...
- talk to the cats
- run naked into the kitchen when I get a chocolate craving in the shower
- tear things apart and re-build them. or paint them. or throw them away.
- sleep later and later each night until I see the sunrise before I even go to bed
- eat cookies for a snack and chips for a meal
- use the dryer for clothes storage
- never ever close the bathroom door (i just found a closet behind that door!)
- general all-the-time dancing

Sigh. Don't spit on blood! I mean you can... but hydrogen peroxide is a lot better, cleaner, and a bit more fun! (It bubbles.) I have never had it bleach anything, and I've used it on several different upholstered pieces and clothes and such.

@Jenjo That's such an interesting observation - to think that there might be a correlation between being colorblind, left-handed, nearsighted, and having analytical skills! I study Neurobiology (I wonder if I can get a research grant for this??) and was having a conversation with a philosophy major the other day about the "perception of color." It really was quite hilarious, and the english majors and public relations kids were confused as hell!

I agree that this isn't quite the question to be posing to design folk, but here's my two cents:
Kittens are crazy! My crazier/smarter cat (the other one I consider to be more curious/dumber) liked to take a house plant and dump it over when she was young. Then play in the dirt. I don't have a green thumb, and I only bought one or two plants during my apartment life. I learned that it's not worth it - for me or the plant. But I live in Miami, so....
Anywho, if you want to try, you should first thoroughly research what is non-toxic to cats. While your cat is young, try putting a plant or two somewhere where he can't reach it. Eventually it won't be such a "OMG what is this new awesome thing?!" to him. After a month or so of living with a plant, he might be less inclined to designate it as his favorite chew toy (or dirt playground like Maisy).

The only enzymes in saliva are those that break down sugars. (Ever notice that you can lick pure sugar off your fingers and they aren't sticky after?)
The best thing for blood stains is hydrogen peroxide. I have used it on clothes, upholstery, and carpet and there's never been any damage or color change. We are a family of doctors and always use peroxide to clean all that dried blood off a wound and/or clothes before tending to the wound. (It's also fun to watch it bubble.)
Human spit is one of the top offenders with the amount of germs! A human bite is much more likely to get infected than a dog or cat bite. My point being... be careful where you spit, folks!
