How I miss snow days. I was brought up in Germany and I am living in New Zealand nowadays, first in Auckland, which is subtropical and now in a ski resort in the South Island. In many ways it's wonderful because I see snow around me on the mountains in winter but it very rarely snows in the village. How I would love to wake up to snow.
