Love it! I need that "Phone, Key, Wallet" rug, I have a post it on the back of my front door, the rug is so much better.

I emailed the company to find out if they ship to Canada. Also, the ODDA in Canada is $129 :(
I might still consider this hack, depending on the cost of shipping the Panyl Hackpack.

My first thought is there needs to be more contrast between the brick and the mantle. They are the same tones, so nothing stands out. I would refinish the mantle either darker or lighter. Personally, I would go dark for more drama. Instead of lots of little things, you need objects with more impact. If you want to increase the feeling of height, add some tall objects: vases, candle holders, sculptures, etc.

Area rugs are a good way to define the different zones. I've seen craft stations set up inside armoires-that might work for you. Attaching a pegboard on the inside of the door will take care of the clutter.

Doesn't look like kids could climb those slats, but make them vertical instead if you are concerned. I think they look great.

Beige carpet + beige walls was very blah. I don't generally like wallpaper, but plain white walls are very boring so adding texture is good idea. The pink mirror and green tutu add whimsy and pops of colour.
