PS...Happyface.. irregular pans just have small blemishes which do not affect performance...and Figitiverouge, you need to heat the pan before adding butter or oil. If you do this, the pans cook like non stick. Eggs slide around the pan, try it. Good Question: Why Are All-Clad Pots and Pans So Expensive? |
