I am NOT a morning person at all, but the thing that has helped me more than anything else is a $5 timer on a lamp next to my bed. I set it to turn on 15 minutes before my alarm, then it turns off again right as I'm leaving for work. How to Avoid Hitting Snooze in the Morning |
