This was delicious! My husband called it more of a "summertime lunch" than a "winter dinner" but we both enjoyed it. I substituted radishes for celery and goat cheese for sharp cheddar and also upped all the ingredients except for the cherries to make four meals total. Tasted great but I loved the fact that it was really healthy, too. Will make again!
