Replace the dated Lino floor with new dark slate grey lino.
Paint the walls a light grey or white (definitely lose the palm tree trim).
Paint the darker timber window and door frames white.
Take out the shower screen and replace with fresh white curtain.
Paint drawer fronts in fresh white and replace the hardware.
Replace the towel rail with stainless steel one.
Replace the stool with a hamper.
Remove any clutter (incl floor mats).
Keep the tiles and mirrors.
Will cost hardly anything and look miles better.
