My concern - as it always is with 2 little ones and a dog - is how to wash it. I made one with 4 pillows, 4 pillow cases, sewed them together and closed the ends of the cases with velcro.
We also take ours to grandma's house, sometimes it's a full house and the kids sleep on the floor. It's perfect!
