I don't bother to freeze it, i just keep the stray crusts and ends in an open bowl in a dry place and every once in a while i make breadcrumbs. it all dries out completely and then it doesn't mold. Apartment Therapy The Kitchn | Tip: Freeze Bread Remainders |

If you don't want to eat something, a homeless person isn't going to want to eat it either. If you want to help the homeless, donate good food that you would be happy to eat yourself - don't use the homeless as your garbage disposal and then call it altruism. I grew a nice little lychee plant - it did great for 4 or 5 years (though it didn't get anywhere close to 6 feet) until the cats killed it... I just stuck it in a pot and watered it. I plant pretty much everything. Right now I have a 3' apple tree and a 2' lemon tree growing on my counter. Apartment Therapy The Kitchn | Good Question: Growing Lychee |

They sell packs of cheap washcloths at the dollar store - I use these for just about everything. I keep a separate bucket of dirty washcloths so that I don't wash them with the rest of our laundry. They're also a different color so that we don't get them mixed up with our regular washcloths. Jooly - your washer will get dog pee out just fine!
