I love dansko clogs. I'm a nurse who happens to like to cook. After working all day I usually rush home to cook dinner. It occured to me at the dinner table one day that I still had my clogs on. Now that's a good shoe when you forget you even have them on. Essential Kitchen Footwear: Dansko Clogs |

Wow I can't believe there is such a divide over this. I have always washed. I can't imagine throwing a whole chicken in a pan as is. Don't you wonder how that chicken was handled prior to packaging? Maybe it did fall on the floor as was previously mentioned or worse. And I do feel that washing does remove that sort of film, fat, etc... off the bird. Just makes me feel better. I have never had a problem spreading bacteria because I pay close attention to disinfecting sink afterwards. Should I Rinse Raw Chicken Before Cooking It? Good Questions |
