I was also going to recommend the strata - it's delicious, filling, and easy to make. If you would rather have it in individual servings, just make it in a muffin tin, but watch the baking time!!

Similar to strata, a friend makes a mean quiche in muffin tins, using either small corn tortillas or wonton wrappers pressed down into the tin for crusts (she just uses what she has at the time). So easy, but very cute & delicious.

I don't even mind admitting that I'll shove a credit card & ID or a house key in my bra when going out... but the times I've tried doing this with my cellphone have not been great. It's uncomfortable, and my bodyheat tends to make the phone unhappy as well.

Also, this appears to essentially be a pocket in a woman's armpit. Super awkward to access once clothing is on. Reaching into my shirt to grab my ID out of my bra might not be classy, but at least I'm not digging into my armpit.

I have a reusable bag that folds up and attaches to my keychain, so I always have it, even on those spur of the moment trips. I usually keep a few in my car for the same reason, but those rotate out between uses & washings, and sometimes we're left with just the one lone bag on my keychain, but this is fairly rare. We don't have a ban yet, but I hear one will be in place soon. I don't think it'll change much in our area. Once people get used to it, it'll be no big deal again.

I wash my reusable bags fairly frequently, but while others might not, I don't see how this is a lawsuit waiting to happen. Shopping carts/baskets are not sanitized throughout the day, and the same bacteria & germs live on them. Wash your produce before you eat it. It's common sense. Unless you're the only person who shops at your own personal grocery store, your food is being touched by a lot of (potentially dirty) people before you get it. Someone not washing their grocery bag is the least of your worries.

Super easy tarts - take gluten free cookies in a plain flavor (gluten free sugar cookies, graham crackers, or animal crackers would be perfect) and crumble them up into cookie dust. Mix with melted butter & press into the bottom of a pie pan. Then fill with fruit and if unrefined sugars are OK, drizzle with honey. heat it up and serve the tart with gluten free ice cream (most ice creams do not have gluten ingredients, but always be sure to check the label).

There are also tons of recipes for gluten free pie crust that aren't too intimidating at all, so if you'd rather make a pie than a tart, that would also be lovely.
