I think your choice in color is fine, but I cringe when I see that someone has ended an accent paint color on an outside corner of a wall. When you do that – the accent color immediately stands out as and “applied” material, and thus becomes less significant. To truly accent the architecture, and / or overall interior space I always recommend to my clients, & friends to have an accent color end on an inside corner of a room, and stay away from those outside corners.
