Hi all - a few answers to the questions. 1) Yes, these are Cavallini prints. 2) The magazine rack that the maps are on was handmade by the store owner. Hi all - thanks for checking out my house tour and the nice comments! Here are a few answers for you... Orchid64 - the bathroom is in the bedroomto the right of our bed. We also have a walk-in closet on that wall. themonkrat - the sheets are by The Grand (they are SOFT) and the duvet is actually an inexpensive brand called Pure Green. JMBnewspgirl - the paint brand for all of the walls is Yolo Color House and the bedroom color is Water 6. This paint is truly amazing - zero VOCs, no odor and gorgeous when it's applied. It's a bit more pricey then regular paint but it spreads well so it goes a long way. Absolutely worth it! Cheers! Hi Abby! Love walking around LA (maybe it's the "I lived in NYC and need to walk when I can" feeling)! In our 2-story/8 apartment building, the common areas are right out of the 60's with ugly blue and green flowered carpet, cream venetian blinds and just bad brass light fixtures. I often try to err on the side of kitschy but it just doesn't go there. I believe a nice coat of paint and new carpet could add a lot of value to the space. I would ask our manager to fix it up but we are all still trying to get a common washer/dryer.
