I'm too jealous of this house to say anything nice;)

When I saw the 'Before', I was like "what's not to love, why are they changing it?". Then saw the 'After'...Awesome!! Now it looks cool, retro, AND sophisticated.

What a fun, creatively decorated home! Love the dripped-paint treatment in the office--never seen that before.

Also, being from Akron, Oh originally (live in Seattle now), I always enjoy seeing Don Drumm pieces pop up in places so far away from where it started.

Wish there was a better photo of the stairwell's shelves. Would love to better see the items on those shelves. Funny, how A.T. will have so many close up shots of food & flower arrangements, but missed the boat on this installation.

I thought it interesting to see the stark difference between the outside shots of the front of the houses and the backs. They look so grand from the front and kind of depressing from the back.

Anyway, loved the kitchen!

May want to rethink that mint-colored chair, or similar types of seating. Older people tend to have difficulty getting up out of chairs that are low and loungie. My parents and husband's parents range from 60-80 in age, and none of them can get up and out of a similar style of chair we own. If this is their condo, they should be able to use all of the furniture.

This feels like a BEFORE house tour. Can't wait to see the AFTER.

Very cute place. Don't understand the wine glasses over the stove though--don't they get foggy from condensation or greasy? Maybe you don't cook much?? Maybe put them over the bar cart where the wine is. Sorry, you just seemed so well-organized otherwise.
