Hyzen, I used to let my little guys take baths in their pool in our backyard until my husband saw a man on the sidewalk watching them in a decidedly inappropriate way. We didn't use a kit, but my husband and I built a pole barn and lived in it while we remodeled another home we had purchased. I absolutely loved it - we put radiant heat in and a very nice bathroom, but treated it mostly like a loft space, with an industrial feel. If we wouldn't have had kids, we might still be there. . . My son will love this! He is always trying to identify the "scat" we see while in the woods and at the pond. Even though I don't necessarily love this kind of thing, I am glad to see my boys' inquisitive natures. We also look for tracks and other signs of wildlife. Thanks for the kind comments! We bought the gym at Target - I believe it was part of the Play Wonder line, but I haven't seen them in the store for the last two summers. I used to have a platypus bag and honestly, I think that they are a pain to clean - perhaps the cleaning kit they sell would do the job, but a bottle brush didn't cut it for me (but to be fair, I tend to be a germaphobe ;-) Apartment Therapy ohdeedoh | Collapsible Platypus Water Bottle |
