I read this and I just now went around the baseboards in some of my rooms with a dryer sheet... everything is so clean now! I'm pretty impressed with how well that works, and it doesn't spread any of it around like other things I've tried do... Awesome! 5 Tricks for Dealing With a Hairy Home |

This was tough--I was tied between three or four of these, but really... I also felt there were other photos on the sites that probably belonged in here, too! Ah, well. <3 The Year In Pictures: Apartment Therapy & The Kitchn Photo Contest |

It must be tough to live in Longview... I have relatives there. That area is beautiful, though! I love Jefferson. Timm & Zack's Rummage-Sale Retro House Tour |

My tip would to be that you don't treat these windows like a single window... break them up in a way that's similar to their current placement! It won't look cluttered, especially if you can balance it... I'd suggest buying two panels of one type of curtain, and then buy two panels of a different, somewhat corresponding curtain. You can put one set of the two matching panels over the big middle window, and then put one of the other panels over the left, and the matching one to that over the right. It'd add interest to the room, and it'd look nice! I'd also suggest staggering the bars (and buying three separate bars--one for each of the windows), so that the two smaller windows have bars that are lower and the middle one has curtains hanging higher. It'd look nice! But inevitably the decision is yours to make. :) Window Treatment Suggestions for Huge Window? Good Questions |

Definitely the bogart in green or yellow. I personally love the green because it ties the excess of blue-grey that you have in this room to the orangey shade of the wood flooring. Which Rug Would You Choose for This Space? |
