I've no experience with the Pad+Quill cases (they didn't make the style I liked for the original iPad), but I have a Dodocase. It's beautiful, but the bamboo has not held up well over the past year. It's taken 2 short tumbles off my nightstand (thank you, cats!) and each time the bamboo has cracked and broken. @cyberval: it's a little high for the area, but it was also the nicest remodel I saw. There were a couple other units in the same building in the 735 sq ft range, with asking prices of $225k and $235k. Us commenters would probably rather save $50k and remodel a place to our tastes, but I'm sure a lot of people would prefer a place that required no upgrades at all.
