I have both Eneloop and & PowerGenix AA batteries. The Eneloop batteries work well in every electric device that I have used them in. The low self-discharge feature is great and allows the batteries to maintain their charge over an extended period of time. The PowerGenix batteries also work well in every electric device that I have, with an additional advantage that my digital camera reacts much faster deploying it's lens when turned on and also changing mechanical zoom, most likely due to the higher voltage. I also like them better when used in my GMRS hand-held radios as they indicate higher charge strength on my display and give a better indication when the batteries need to be recharged. One factor that I have not determined yet is how well they will hold their charge when sitting idle. Eneloop vs PowerGenix Rechargeable Batteries Test Lab |
