I have the Tisdag LED lamp and while I like the look and light (small radius, good temp and brightness), it makes a faint drone that can be either easily ignored or crazy annoying depending on my mood. It also uses a non-replacable bulb, limiting its ultimate lifespan.

I really question the point of lists like this. Simply creating a 'Misery Index' and not going any further than that seems lazy, though I suspect something like this exists mainly to bring meager joy to the people who don't live in these cities.

I use my plumens more as sculptural pieces, almost like lamps themselves. They're too pricey to not emphasize.
