If you use a laptop (as more and more people do today) a UPS probably isn't necessary. If you use your cell phone as your primary camera (as more and more people do today) a card reader probably isn't necessary -- and even if you don't, many laptops and even desktops have built in readers for one or more types of memory, so a card reader may not be necessary if your camera uses the same type of memory and your computer is accessible.

And before you go out and spend on a wireless printer, check to see if your wireless router (which you've probably also hidden in a similar spot to where you'd hide your printer) has a USB port. If it does, you might be able to connect your existing printer to it and use it wirelessly. Alternatively (again, if you've hidden your wireless router in a spot where you'd also hide your printer) consider a printer with a wired network connection instead of WiFi - it will open up some more choices and probably be a bit less finicky. I happen to love my HP LaserJet M1536dnf which has a scanner/fax/duplex printing and wired networking with HP's ePrint, which allows you to use Google Cloud Print, Apple's AirPrint or even email something to the printer.
