I've cooked on both for many years... you'll get used to electric. And while electric stovetop is a little less responsive than gas, the real positive is that an electric oven bakes MUCH more evenly than a gas one. I have a gas oven now and I curse it every time I pull a lopsided cake out of the oven! The other plus in my mind is that electric wastes less energy, since the pot is directly on the element--which means it doesn't put off as much excess heat in the summer! Of the electric ones I've used, the glass top ones are the best--so easy to clean... Which Electric Stoves Do You Recommend? Good Questions |

I would look for a pale mint green (not too blue-ey or it will clash with the neon green on the bedspread) or maybe a lavendar. Wall Color To Complement Bedding? Good Questions |
