I totally agree. I just completed a business travel trip to India and, despite requests from family, was initially reluctant to do any sort of blogging about it. However, I'm so glad I gave in. It was a great way to stay connected, for both them and me! I intend to do it again when I return in another month or so.

@decorobsessed - the only thing you really need to assemble is the faucet components. And, contrary to many rumors out there about metric/American plumbing sizes, we had no problem connecting the lines provided by Ikea to our 1/2" copper. You have to check out LZ Products, also known as Textile Outlet. It's in Pilsen at 2121 W 21st Street (Damen Pink Line stop) and they have more fabric than you'll know what to do with, and it's all affordable. Go when you have time to linger, though, because the best home dec stuff is in the basement and there are literally stacks and stacks. Top Local Fabric Resources |
