I saw that bedspread last night and thought the same thing! It's a suzani design, and www.tabletonic.com.au has a few vintage suzani bedspreads that are gorgeous. Here in the States, Dwell's line for Target has some suzani-inspired designs, and this bedding set (http://www.target.com/p/DwellStudio-for-Target-Andalucia-Bedding-Collection/-/A-12043002#?lnk=sc_qi_detailimage) has a similar look and feel.
