I just purchased an expensive rug from One Kings Lane during their Thanksgiving Day sale and they sent the wrong rug with no apologies, just telling me to return it and they have no other rug to compensate like the one that I actually ordered and was promised!! Really disappointed in the company, their warehouse facilitator and customer service are lacking. Beware!!!!!
