I found mine on Kijiji. I've been here almost a year now and I love it. I'm in a 1+1 bedroom condominium and decided to sacrifice location for more space. I'm a little outside of my desired area, but I have a huge (for a rental, anyway) kitchen and a little den.

It was a disaster after the last tenant left and my landlord had a ton of work to do before I moved in, so he gave me a cut on the rent because I was willing to rent it without seeing the finished product. It's stunning now and completely feels like home.

Those are some great suggestions, but I definitely disagree with printing necessary items at work. Many companies monitor what their employees print and consider it an improper use of company equipment/material and not to mention time.

For myself, I use a free program called PDF Redirect that functions as a printer - so instead of printing everything I want to keep, I print to the PDF Reader and it creates a .PDF document that I can save on my hard drive.

This space feels overly cluttered and almost messy. There just seems to be too many things in a very small space. Also, the lack of contrast in colours makes everything seem kind of muddled.
