When staying with friends in France this summer, we loved the "headboard" on our bed - a rod attached o the wall with two euro (Square) shams hanging from it. Apparently this is common in France as they directed us to Madura ( a chain that also has stores in the US) to buy the rod, shams, inserts and even the fabric straps to attach them to the rod. Very cool and doesn't take up any room! I've now recreated it in my own home. 10 DIY Headboard Ideas |

Have never posted a comment here before but I have made thousands of meals in a kitchen that looks very much like the one above for my two kids and me, as well as family and friends. Just gave the kitchen an overhaul in order to sell the house and while it's nice to have new counters etc., I never thought that the old one was lacking in anything except buyer's appeal (nor were the delicious meals we made!)
