About the Murphy Bed issue, there is actually a model "The Chesterfield" http://www.morespaceplace.com/chesterframe.html that includes a sofa that DOES NOT have to be moved as it is part of the design. FlyingBeds.com seems to offer the greatest variety of Murphy style beds but read carefully about their return and installation policies. On their web site the model with the sofa is called "The Lodge" http://www.flyingbeds.com/07.Sofa-Bed/Lodge.htm
