The Nike Training Club is also really awesome and free. There are probably 100 different routines, you can sync your own playlist, and workouts have a voice over with tips on form, and video demonstrations. I've been doing the routines in my apartment for months, you only need a pair of dumbbells for most exercises, and depending on which workout you choose, there is minimal amounts of jumping around.
