I've been in my first apartment about a year now, and I've come up with a list for my next place. My only non-negotiable is washer/dryer IN UNIT. At my current place, laundry facilities are in the same building, but it's getting to the point that I actually fantasize about being able to do laundry in my apartment. This is awesome! I'm a 21 year old college student, and this is the first meal I've ever made that didn't come out of a box or the microwave. I use the Clifton Media Stand from West Elm. It's not much more obtrusive than the TV itself, it's very sturdy, and the retractable doors are definitely a plus. The bad news is you're not supposed to put anything wider than 37" on it. Apartment Therapy Los Angeles | TV Console for Small Space? |
