Avoid Kings Lane like the plague. Most of their stuff is mass market, cheap, ugly in person and poorly made imports. None of it really looks like it is portrayed, and it never feels or performs as one believes it should. Interesting as a "concept", the actual execution and merchandise is abysmal. I returned almost 1000.00 of tacky, terrible merchandise I was deeply disappointed in last year (even though they tried to make it "final sale" hah!) They should be embarrassed to still be offering anything but the absolute truly best, nice, real finds. Shame on them! Which Flash Sale Sites Do You Shop? |

Kings Lane represents things as unique, hand made, well crafted, beautiful items ~ load of crap! I returned everything I bought from them (I basically hounded one of the founders and her "customer concierge" until they sent me return authorizations), and it was a lot. Every item, from linens, to "artisan ceramics" (made in china), to artwork, to "handpainted wooden trays" (which were printed plastic), almost 1000.00 worth of stuff, from sales over several weeks; not ONE thing worth keeping. Beware "King's Lane", it's all low end, mass market imports. Yuck. Five Things We Like at One Kings Lane |

One Kings Lane is awful. I had to force them last year to take back a whole boat load of stuff I bought within a 2 week period, household items of all kinds, serverware, linens, trays, ceramics, art work. Every bit of it was cheap crap from overseas that I could have found at Cost Plus for much much less. Just awful. But after a LOT of emailing one of the founders, complaining and continuously bugging them, they gave in and I returned all of it. Not worth even looking there. 10 Home Decor Private Sale Sites Roundup |
