You mention you have a downstairs. Without pictures it's impossible to know if the solution lies in switching rooms i.e., downstairs sleeping quarters and upstairs living space. I assume, however, that if it was that simple a solution you'd have utilized it already. How Can I Create a (Semi-)Private Bedroom? Good Questions |
