Not having the elevated M tracks right outside during open-window months woudl be nice, but we should've seen that coming. When looking at apartments in November, be sure to open the windows.

I used to live near Reed college (just off Holgate blvd, to anyone familiar with the Portland area), in a neighborhood of very plain Cape Cod saltbox houses, but on the edge of an odd Eichler-style encampment - blocks of these mid-century houses, seemingly dropped in from California amongst the pines & rain.
