I saw a coworker putting this together in our office a while back - and thought what the heck? It did not turn out as good as this photo...

This place is pretty much awesome. Love how a new room for a new family member was tucked in.

I love it! Everything a baby needs right there, clothes, book, playthings, a view to the outside world ;)
The wallpaper, the red and the white...cute and cozy perfection!

A glider! My sister swore by it, but I only once in a while used it to nurse - never to put our baby to sleep. She just wasn't into rocking....

Misc:
No one asked, but the rug is also from Etsy, Green at Heart, featured on Ohdeedoh not long ago. It was so perfect and 'really ties the room together'. http://www.etsy.com/shop/greenatheart

The storage bins are IKEA 'Trones'. They hold small toys and are great for small baby/toddler clothes, but please know that we have big fabric bins of toys – always out and messy - in the living room. Every time I put them away I know they will be out and all over again soon ;). I used a 'liquid chalk' marker in pink to label them the Trones bins. It erases so you can re-label as storage needs change.

@designJW and Myyearof, the crib and changing are from Oeuf! The sparrow line in gray, hunted down on craigslist.

@MC'sMummy and mmogrady,The fabric I searched for from week 10 until third trimester: Saffron Craig, Parrots and fields range (Australia has the most amazing fabric designers!) Not sure if they are all still available, but all her stuff is fun.

@reef and MC'sMummy - the paint is 'Alaskan Husky' from Benjamin Moore. We used the super low VOC version, Aurora.

I very much like the painted folk art - reminds me of the painted Dala horses!

I ordered a custom t-shirt rug from Green at Heart for my girl's nursery (soon to be submitted to smaller cooler) It was fantastic! Could not have been happier with it - she even matched color to a swatch of fabric I sent her. Huge thumbs up!

This is not a small space - I guess in my opinion, small should be 650 sqft and under.

I am also *all* about going for yellow in the bathroom. My obsession started with these great towels from anthropology home:
