Nice job!
I'm partial to strips on wall having painted random vertical strips in "Decisive Yellow" that is opposite to an accent wall painted in the same bright color. Initially no one understood my "vision" but now people are always pleasantly surprised at how quirky and fun it makes our otherwise industrial looking loft.
I used painter's tape and it came out well with no runs/streaks. However when I decided to paint horizontal random lines in "Fire Engine Red" on another wall with the same technique of using painters tape as guides - well that didn't work as well. But that's ok - we can repaint over and start again (though I must admit...I'm not all that crazy about the setup and cleanup that comes with painting).
