Thanks everyone for your sweet comments! I would love for my house to be a 'House Tour', someday! I can honestly say most of the furniture were hand-me-downs from my family members, thrift shop/antique finds or creations that my mom and I made! I'm blessed to have such great family and friends who passed down their old treasures to me (-:

Eileen Marie, this dresser was my mother's growing up (she is 50 now, so maybe your husband and her had the same one!) The hardware came from Hobby Lobby and on sale at Anthro. All were less than $2.95 each!

Tnccat1969-- the Paisley comforter came from Anthropologie that I got on sale! I've still seen it on sale in stores too.
