I was completely out of ideas for dinner and then voila! checked my email. The frittata was the perfect go to meal. I threw in some mushrooms and kale from the veggie bin, sauteed some chicken sausages on the side and I was saved... until tomorrow night. Thanks for getting me through one more meal plan!!
