Your frittata looks wonderful. It makes me wish I'd had this for dinner instead.

I usually make brisket but love the taco idea. Sometimes though instead of food I treat the mom and dad something at a spa so they can relax and give them bath products as well to wind down with when the baby is napping.

What a great story. Both of my grandmothers lived with us growing up. My maternal grandmother and I would spend many days in the kitchen making everything from scratch. Without a doubt it was through her that I became passionate about cooking. I've decided it must skip a generation since my mom has never had much interest in it. I just wish I had written down everything we made. My children love cooking now as well from cooking with me. I hope they'll keep with the tradition

Your photos are wonderful. I wish I'd had one of my grandmother and I sitting at our kitchen table as we cook.

This looks so, so good. I wish I had seen this when you posted it, it would have been a huge hit during the holidays. I'm printing this off now to save for later. I can't wait to try it.

I've had a grilled romaine salad before, loved it and duplicated it. But your salad sounds positiviely outrageous! I love that you marinate so to speak the lettuce first in balsamic and honey that sounds heavenly giving it a wonderful sweet flavor to start with. I would use goat cheese and pecans since we're not fans of blue cheese. I'm printing this and definitely making it - maybe even tonight.

By the way, I love your book. I use it all the time. Thanks for sharing this recipe.

I have to tell you that I love your bread wreath so much that I made one and posted it today on my blog linking to your site as well.

I was so proud of myself since I'm not much of a bread baker but it turned out beautiful and everyone raved about how stunning it looked and tasted. I changed a few ingredients to my tastes.

Thanks so much for sharing. I can't wait to re-create other versions of this.

This is absolutely beautiful and although there are quite a few steps it really looks simple. I'm looking forward to making this and giving it as a gift. Thank you for sharing.
