Not sure if I responded to this, now that we can reply to individual comments but I had it custom made. Most contractors should be able to do it for you! :)

lifeabundant, OH SORRY - yes, that is wool. Sorry - that is from B&B Italia. Thought you meant our white one upstairs.

Lifeabundant:

The office shelving are actually wood which I had painted in a metallic color. They were vintage.

The living room ottoman is upholstered in a vinyl. I have drawn on it with a ball point pen and rubbing alcohol takes it off (good with little kids).

Dining room art I cannot remember for the life of me who it's by. We bought it a while back and I never got any info on it. So sorry!

Dining table: Succulents

Hope this helps!

The piece on bookshelf is from Arteriors. A lot of my spaces haven't been totally accessorized yet (like downstairs) because we just finished the work on the house and I want to find things as i see them, things I love that have meaning, not just to buy them to buy them. So I have some fillers for now, but that one I actually love.

Okay Okay, will answer a couple more questions :)

Pearlmelon: The entry light is Remains Lighting. The sofa fabric is a cotton/velvet that really does well with staining (It's from Crate & Barrel). We've spilled everything possible on there, and it wipes right off. Great with kids (especially cause the kitchen table is right next to it and 90% of the time, my son's dinner ends up near or on the couch)

Apple473 - the mirror was an antique I found on 1st dibs. Hard to find a large vanity mirror but I found it!

K.K. the clock broke on us within a month of having it and we had to replace it. Will post link, but wouldn't recommend. Has bad battery life too: http://www.amazon.com/Karlsson-Clock-Double-Sided-Aluminum/dp/B000I8OBCM/ref=sr_1_7?ie=UTF8&qid=1320450012&sr=8-7

MelissaM: I lived in 9 apartments in 10 years and have done wallpaper in many of them, even the rentals when allowed. To me wallpaper is not an overly expensive option to transform a space. First, hire the best wallpaper hanger you can find, it's worth the investment (believe me, I have stories) because you will end up having to redo and it will cost you more. Second, bathrooms can handle wallpaper IF you stay away from natural fibers and fabric wallpaper. My kids bath which isn't featured here is in a great modern animal print and it has held up fine. Our master, also has it on the ceiling and it has been totally fine. I think the smaller the bathroom, you probably have more risk, but in my many years of designing, I have had zero issues with wallpaper in bathrooms and most likely they're all covering their a**es.

Hope that helps!

Bandwagon, thank you for that. I just wanted to mention that I've designed at all budgets and have all price ranges in my house too, so if you have questions about inexpensive ways to achieve certain things I've done here or even furniture and accessories, I'm happy to share my advice and resources. That's actually the most fun for me. Thanks again!
