@CHARLIE26 are you a designer? because I actually am, you know how much paper I run through on a weekly basis? computers are great when you know what you're doing, but if you can't actually DRAW then you're up a creek because you can't get your ideas out. Playful Furniture: The Post-ITable |

part of growing up and moving on with your life is learning to compromise with your significant other. if you aren't willing to give up a few of your things to share a home with someone, then what makes you think that you are willing to make any compromises in life together. @Almond Joy and @Sherybinnh: did it ever occur to you how much paper is actually used in the design process of all the things that claim to be "eco-friendly" and how do you know that it's using recycled paper? In reality, this could be really useful for brainstorming or taking notes. stop hating, for an adult this would be awesome, kids-kind of a waste of money. Stop hating and lighten up. I'm laughing at the $110 paper weight. As for the $18 pencil, I clicked on the link to see what about it was so fabulous about it, and MoMA doesn't have it on their website anymore. However, I think that it's a lead folder, although my $6 one works just fine. 10 Accessories for a Simple Chic Desktop Decor Style Source List |

actually, because the ledge is not wide enough for an adult to walk on, it's still up to code to have the ledge, but that doesn't make it a good idea. It's a contractors idea to enhance the home, even though it just collects dust. from a design standpoint, your hour would lose value if you closed this off because it would make the stairwell a dark narrow passageway. News flash people....every picture on this website is staged. These designers are used to photographing spaces for their portfolio. You people honestly think that they don't personalize their bedrooms? Maybe they didn't want some personal objects on display, ever think of that? More than one of these bedrooms is fantastic, if you want to critique some bedrooms, why don't you also ask your friends what they think of your home, more than one of you would receive some BAD reviews Getting Personal: 15 Designers' Bedrooms |

I would have liked to see some more gold, the coffee table is the only gold in the space. The all white lamp on the right would have been a great place to do this! Annette's "Compact Chic" Room |

i had my bed angled a few years ago and loved it! made a triangular table made to go behind it that held all of the uglier things that normally go on nightstands (ie alarm clock, cell phone chargers) so it allowed for my nightstands to look uncluttered. but i have moved several times since then and the room never really works to have my bed in a corner Angled Bed: Would You Do It in Your Bedroom? |
