i actually think the bins are kinda cute! but i also think the ceiling would look amazing just painted like the walls.

i love, love, love australian real living. to me it has the same feel as domino. i might actually like it better!
it is followed by living etc. and i do pick up both elle decoration uk and vogue living australia. i would love to try some scandinavian magazines though. but with the above titles (plus 3 us titles) my magazine budget is already maxed out.

i lost out on 4 FREE burke arm chairs due to an email mix up. but i did score 12 (couldn't fit more in the car) eames side chairs that need a little tlc for $2.50 each, so i guess my luck did balance out.

i always keep around an amazon wishlist of books/cd that i don't need right-this-second and use them as fillers. that way, i don't need to buy things i don't need just to get free shipping. although i do wish this was available for other online stores as well.

last weekend i went to the habitat for humanity restore and found myself a street lamp head. i snaged it right up for $35 bucks (along with 4 enormous letters for only $5 each). i gutted it and still need to add a regular light socket and add wire for hanging, and i'll have myself a unique dining room lamp!
i also wanted to pick up a set of apartment mailboxes for some fun storage, but at $100, it was a bit out of my budget. i'd highly recommend the store though, i was like a kid in a candy store.

i understand the usefulness of the magnetic feet, but do you think the magnets easily removable? does anyone own one and would like to chime in?

i'd like to buy one, but as a gal with a pacemaker, the super strong magnets concern me.
