Well, iCloud is, for sure, best for personal use, I can't see it working for collaborative storage, like we do at Monodois' office. Dropbox offers a range of possibilities to customize shared folders and automatically sync it.
As you, Anthony, I would use iCloud for personal data, but at work, I would recommend Dropbox for sure.
