With the VersaWare slow cooker I could make one of my favorite meals: sauerbraten. It would be so much faster and easier as I can brown the meat in the crock pot saving me the clean up effort of another pan. I love how I could use the timer to ensure proper cooking, especially if I can't get home in time due to unforseen events, such as a longer than expected kids sporting event or a last minute business meeting.
