i, too, grew up just outside of rochester. we now live in nc and go to a childrens museum here, regularly, but nothing compares to the strong museum. whenever we are home to visit the grandparents, we are sure to spend a day up there. it never disappoints. :)

we received a zillion (ok, 5 or 6) parenting books before we had our first baby. i fell in love with the baby whisperer and got rid of the rest. all the others made me feel like a failure and my husband banned them.

this is definitely my favorite. i always love blue. this room looks clean and simple while still feeling cozy. i love love love the couch.
