I think the best way to organize grocery receipts is....the recycle bin. You don't need to keep them.

I keep track of grocery prices with a spreadsheet. When I get home from grocery shopping, I take a minute to sit down and check the prices against what they were last time. I don't always keep up with this, but because I do it at all, I have a good idea of whether or not something is a good price, and which stores have the cheapest prices on the items I buy.
