Wow I think this place is beautiful and disagree that it "lacks warmth" because it really shows off Sai's style and her personality. Usually when I feel that a place lacks warmth it is because it's too hard to tell anything about the person who lives there.

I'm also the type who thinks of fashion as wearable art and Sai is probably the same since she is a fashion blogger. A closet like hers is basically an art gallery and as with most art, not everyone will enjoy it or even appreciate it.

I love this house! I love the staircase and the accent lampshade in the foyer. Also the chair at the piano is fantastic. I love it when everything comes from different places and just kind of goes together but isn't matchy-matchy. This is totally my style.

Great idea! I've been adding leeks to everything lately. I just love them.

This sounds delicious. I love fennel and sometimes just roast it and eat it by itself. I also eat roasted chickpeas as a snack fairly often.

@goodfoodisgood - I almost never follow recipes verbatim, usually just think of them as suggestions because people have such a range of tastes. Maybe try it again and adjust the citrus levels?

Second kelly green with black/white. I was actually allowed to paint in one of my apts in college and I had mostly black/white stuff and did kelly green walls. People told me my room looks like it had been done by Trading Spaces. Roommates did other cool things with their rooms but I was really proud of mine!
