I am with the above commenters. Slow and steady and never cold turkey. Toward the end, if you do feel a little headache coming on, give yourself a break, and up the caffiene a bit that day. No race here, you just want to feel good!

Also when I go caffiene-free I kind of miss that little break that coffee gave me. Sub it with nice bubbly waters, a splash of Pom juice, and a twist of lime. Continue to treat yourself well!

I too enjoy the whistle of trains in the background and do find it homey and not loud. Trains remind me of days gone by and how my great grandfather worked in a railyard. We stayed in a little house on the river near Portland OR and a train passed several times a day and while most found it annoying my kids and I loved watching those powerhouses pass each time! Beautiful use of "debris."

@IndieArmyWife I'm with you. We did this back in the mid 90's, learned it from another 82nd wife at Fort Bragg. My hubby loved them. Nothing new under the sun, only recycled with a twist.

Thanks I made these over the weekend, twice and loved them. I did not bother to roll out, I cut them right in the dish. Next I will try them with garlic like Faith had suggested. Blogged it today.

It uses canned biscuits, but the same effect can be used by layering bread dough in this fashion. Some may even use frozen raw dough rolls and defrost them then layer in this fashion. I hope this helps, I hate when I lose a recipe!

I am with coffeejitters. We have used lotsahelpinghands.com many times and were able to help a very young widow with 3 children, a friend who lost her baby, and one who had breast cancer. We set up meals, lawn mowing, childcare, errands, rides for kids, house cleaning and whatever they needed. Very private and efficient.
