My beans didn't so much as blister, as burst and turn to mush. Still quite tasty though! These were generic beans--maybe I should invest in better quality or soak some myself. Recipe: Crispy Pan-Fried Beans with Wilted Greens |

An overcast, bready kind of day, so I made this already. I wished the dough was a little sweeter, though it grew on me quite a bit by the second slice (toasted). I also like The Best Recipe version quite a bit. How to Make Cinnamon-Raisin Swirl Bread |
