@deirdre Rocker is the Eames Molded Plastic Rocking Chair. You can get it at DWR but I am guessing since Anna is a student it may be vintage or a reproduction unless she splurged on it :)

i was actually thinking that the "gratitude" word was used to express Mary's own feelings about being able to participate in the project. that was how i took it, but i could see how it could be taken another way. really nice space though, very pretty.

as the parent of a particularly pukey tuxedo cat, i love the "dont puke" sign, it made me LOL when i got to that pic in the tour.

love this house, so much personality unlike some of the other "modern" places that are sometimes featured. very inspiring tour!

Great bones here, althought I think there are probably some great low cost options you could have used for disguising your shelf clutter. Hide your clutter, and your place will seem a million time bigger (I say this only from experience in a tiny apt). I like the use of the instruments on the wall.

Any two people who can live happily together in 380 sqft and not want to kill each other deserves some kudos!

i agree about the sterile qualities of this place, i think its possible to be both neat AND have personality. its interesting though how the living room has such a burst of personality with the mask wall, so i like that. i also think the bathroom is really pretty and nicely done. Sterility aside, lovely place!

You've done a fantastic job with an extremely challanging floor plan, bravo!

the flatscreen idea is a good one, but it actually appears that she has some sort of HVAC unit there under the tv that probably isnt removable. so, probably wouldnt give her any extra "footprint" (is that the word i want?) but maybe would at least help to make it seem a bit more spacious.
