My mother stuffs meatballs with hard boiled eggs. She mixes ground beef, salt, pepper, rice and cumin. As she's forming the meat balls, she stuffs a a quarter of a hard boiled egg in there. She then makes a tomato based broth and sprinkles rice in there too. She pops the meatballs in the broth and they cook in there. The time to stock up on flour in near the winter time. I'm got my KA flour at Whole Foods this winter, when they ran a 2 for $5 or 3 for $6 deal(cant remember exactly). YES YES YES. My boyfriend works at AS GG, so I've known about this for a while. I think the Sears Tower definitely needs some revamping and the re cladding will be better for the environment and a nice face lift. I can't wait until it's all finished. I LOVE roasted cauliflower. Sometimes I eat it in tacos with a smother of beans. Otherwise, I love it as a side with beans and cilantro rice. Thanks, driftandfloat. It did say arstella, but I figured I would use my name instead. I decided to make rice pudding, Barefoot Contessa style. Although, I made it without the rums and raisins(way too cold in Chicago to go get any). It's got an egg in it, which makes it nice and silky. I love having tofu. Sometimes I buy Trader Joes' soyrizo and their chicken nuggets(they taste like onion rings to me). Other than that, I keep away from meat substitutes. Oh, I also enjoy Sunburgers.
