i store bread in the oven. i live in miami though so it's very humid. (my friend who lives in ft. lauderdale in an apartment where there are no bugs just leaves it on the counter.) ciabatta lasts 3 days like that; i've never taken any longer to eat it. Good Question: How Do I Store Bread? |
